Abstract:
To restrain disturbance of light in a solid state image sensor.SOLUTION: A cavity layer consisting of an air layer is provided between a solid state imaging device and a low order layer lens that is another part different from a part of a lens group, consisting of a part of a lens group of multiple lenses collecting the received light, and placed on the pre-stage of the solid state imaging device, at a position closer to the solid state imaging device than the upper layer lens, i.e., a part of the lens group. With such an arrangement, deviation of the incident position of incident radiation and the incident position of total reflection folding component becomes constant, on the imaging surface of the solid state imaging device, and restraint of disturbance of light caused by deviation in signal processing is facilitated, processing load related to correction is reduced, and thereby throughput speed and power consumption can be reduced.
