PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of imaging in various states.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 includes a control unit 16, an imaging unit 20, an infrared ray projection unit 22 and an infrared ray cut filter 24. The infrared ray projection unit 22 projects an infrared ray. The imaging unit 20 performs imaging. The infrared ray cut filter 24 reduces infrared rays which enter the imaging unit 20. The control unit 16 controls projection of infrared rays by the infrared ray projection unit 22 as well as insertion of the infrared ray cut filter 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
