Abstract:
To provide a technology to control the position of a camera on the basis of accurate information.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus picks up an image of a circuit pattern in a flat panel display having a display surface and the circuit pattern, and comprises: a camera that is installed at a position separated from the flat panel display in a Z-direction perpendicular to the display surface and photographs the circuit pattern; a position sensor that measures the position in the Z-direction of the display surface; and a camera position adjustment unit that adjusts the position in the Z-direction of the camera on the basis of the position in the Z-direction of the display surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
