The imaging apparatus includes: a shutter blade chamber part in which a shutter blade is housed; a shutter driving part in which a shutter driving lever, energized by spring force in order to drive the shutter blade, is arranged; and a shutter unit which comprises a shutter charge part charging the shutter driving lever against the spring force; wherein the shutter blade chamber part is fixedly supported in a mirror box, and also the shutter charge part is supported by float relative to a chassis member of the imaging apparatus.
