Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus which can perform photography by remotely operating an external imaging apparatus.
The imaging apparatus includes: an imaging means for capturing an image of an object; a display means for displaying the image obtained by the imaging means; a first release operation means for allowing the imaging means to perform imaging; a communication means for performing communication with an external imaging apparatus having at least imaging part and a communication part; and a second release operation member for transmitting a release signal to the external imaging apparatus through the communication means (S8) to allow the imaging part to perform imaging.
