Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of accurately controlling exposure time even if a curtain speed characteristic is varied when a shutter curtain performs a light-shielding operation.
A camera body 300 comprises: an imaging part for exposing a subject image and storing electric charge; an electrical shutter control part for controlling the imaging part to start storing electric charge; a mechanical shutter part for regulating the exposure of the imaging part by a light-shielding operation; and a control part for controlling a start-timing of storing electric charge controlled by the electrical shutter part based on a passing condition of the light-shielding operation by the mechanical shutter part.
