Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user cannot view a photographed image generated by an imaging operation when the imaging operation is performed in a state where the display of a liquid crystal monitor is in an off state for the reasons, for example, the liquid crystal monitor is at a housed position.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging unit which images a field image to generate an image; a display unit which displays the image generated in the imaging unit; and a display control unit which selects a non-display image among the images generated in the imaging unit, the non-display image not being displayed on the display unit during imaging operation and displays the non-display image on the display unit at a predetermined timing after imaging operation.
