Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an erroneous determination as flash band detection may be made in accordance with such an object situation that an object of high luminance comes in under a screen within an angle of view of imaging since a luminance average level in a lower part of a screen of an image frame is calculated in the case of flash band detection and a flash band is determined only from a luminance difference between a previous frame and a present frame.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: imaging means which performs read-out in accordance with a rolling shutter manner; luminance calculation means for calculating luminance in a line direction; inter-frame luminance difference determination means for determining the band-like presence of a region in which inter-frame luminance is high equal to or more than a predetermined threshold on the basis of the luminance in the line direction calculated by the luminance calculation means; white reference detection means for detecting a white reference block in white balance; luminance change determination means for determining a luminance change of the white reference detection means; and color information change determination means for determining a change in color information of the white reference detection means.
