Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information relevant to the coherence of an incident light without performing complicated operation.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus in some embodiment of the present invention comprises an imaging device, an optical system, an actuator and a control circuit. The imaging device has a shading film in which a plurality of translucent areas and a plurality of shading areas are two-dimensionally arrayed, a photodetector arranged facing the shading film, and an optical coupling layer arranged between the shading film and the photodetector. The optical coupling layer includes a grating which, when a light of prescribed wavelength enters the plurality of translucent areas, propagates a portion of the light in a direction leading from the translucent areas to the shading areas. The control circuit causes the imaging device to perform imaging twice in two states where the position of at least one of the imaging device and the optical system differs in the direction leading from the translucent areas to the shading areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
