Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of achieving swift exposure control during the decoloring process of electrochromic devices.SOLUTION: An electrochromic element includes a temperature measurement part. When the estimated decoloring time t' of the electrochromic element, which is estimated on the basis of the temperature measured by the temperature measurement unit, is larger than the transition time specification value τ, during a first period from the start of application of the decoloring voltage to a point when the transition time specification value τ elapses, the digital gain is gradually increased, and during a second period until the estimated decoloring time t' elapses after the elapse of the first period, the gradually increased digital gain is gradually decreased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
