To provide an imaging control device and the like, capable of being made to capture images in which object recognition is easy.SOLUTION: An imaging control device 100 includes: a first location estimator 110 that estimates a future travelling location of a vehicle 200 using an advancing direction, velocity vector, or route data of the vehicle 200; a road surface estimator 120 that estimates a rate of change in a road surface height in the advancing direction or a road surface state at a future travelling location of the vehicle, using road surface information for estimating the road surface shape or state at a future travelling location of the vehicle, detected by a sensor 201, or an image of a road surface at a future travelling location of the vehicle, captured by an imaging device 210; a modifier 130 that modifies a parameter of the imaging device 210 according to the rate of change in the road surface height in the advancing direction or the road surface state; and a controller 140 that causes the imaging device 210 of the vehicle 200 to perform imaging using the modified parameter, at a timing at which the vehicle passes a future travelling location of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
