To eliminate the degradation of image quality due to the effect of radiation.

An imaging device generates radiation pulse with a specific intervals in turn. It comprises an imaging region having a plurality of pixels for imaging a subject, a scanning means for scanning the imaging region, and a control means for controlling a scanning circuit so as to scan the imaging region while the radiation pulse is not generated.
