To reduce noise.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes a plurality of pixels 10. Each of the plurality of pixels 10 includes a photoelectric conversion unit 100 that converts light into signal charges, and a capacitive element 150 that includes a first electrode 160 and a second electrode 180, and is configured such that the first electrode 160 is electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion unit 100. The plurality of pixels 10 include a first pixel 10A and a second pixel 10B.
