Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of remarkably smoothly varying scale factors in comparison with the conventional practice, and a control method of the imaging apparatus.
A first parameter showing a scale factor is converted into a second parameter showing the scale factor of electronic zooming to control electronic zooming by means of an operation expression that associates scale factor change in an optical system with scale factor change in the electronic zooming.
