PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a photographing parameter at bracket photography depending on a photographing situation.SOLUTION: A CPU 18, at bracket photography, changes a color shift direction of white balance depending on a photographic scene (e.g., the evening sun, a night view) and a light source (e.g., sunlight, a fluorescent lamp, etc.). For example, when the photographic scene is the evening sun, the color shift direction is shifted to a blue-magenta direction, and when the photographic scene is a night scene, the color shift direction is shifted to a green-red direction. In addition, when the light source is sunlight, the color shift direction is shifted to a cyan-red direction, and when the light source is a fluorescent lamp, the color shift direction is shifted to a cyan-yellow direction, and when the light source is the other light source, the color shift direction is shifted to a blue-yellow direction. In addition, the CPU 18 corrects a color shift amount depending on a brightness (bright, proper, or dark) of an image. For example, when the image is bright, the color shift amount is increased (+5%), and when the image is dark, the color shift amount is reduced (-5%).
