Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of visibility in a predetermined range when a subject is imaged to obtain a moving picture.SOLUTION: An imaging device having imaging means includes: brightness value acquiring means for obtaining a brightness value for each of plural regions corresponding to an image to be acquired by using the imaging means; exposure control means for changing exposure based on the acquired brightness value; selection means for selecting a predetermined range in an image to be acquired by using the imaging means; detection means for detecting the rate of an area in which the brightness value obtained by the brightness value acquiring means is changed, out of the areas corresponding to the predetermined range; and judging means for judging whether the rate is equal to a predetermined value or more. In a case of obtaining a moving picture, when it is determined that the rate is equal to a predetermined value or more, the exposure control means changes the exposure set at the time of the determination, and when it is determined that the rate is not equal to the predetermined value or more, the exposure control means does not change the exposure set at the time of the determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
