Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an image blur in a moving direction of an acquired image, which occurs when a moving object to be imaged is imaged, by using TDI-type CCD.
SOLUTION: When an imaging apparatus moves by 1/2 line, it moves a CCD accumulated charge to a next stage by 1/2. When the imaging apparatus moves by the 1/2 line, it moves the CCD accumulated charge to the next stage. It transfers the accumulated charge to the next stage twice during a period when it moves by one line. The blur of the image to be imaged or an acquired image by imaging from the moving imaging apparatus can be reduced, and the clear image can be acquired by making charge transfer in the moving direction fine.
