PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an electrical charge accumulation period and readout of pixel signals on a cell-by-cell basis.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: a plurality of first pixels each including a first photoelectric conversion part that converts light into electrical charges; a plurality of second pixels each including a second photoelectric conversion part that converts light into electrical charges; a first control line which is connected to each of the plurality of first pixels and into which a first control signal to control the first pixel is output; a second control line which is connected to each of the plurality of second pixels and into which a second control signal to control the second pixel is output; a first signal line which is connected to each of the plurality of first pixels and into which a signal generated by electrical charges of the first photoelectric conversion part is output; and a second signal line which is connected to each of the plurality of second pixels and into which a signal generated by electrical charges of the second photoelectric conversion part is output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 44
