Abstract:
To reduce coupling noise generated under an influence of interference of a transfer clock without reducing a pixel saturation electric charge amount in constitution using two TDI type image sensors.SOLUTION: A transfer clock such that a period from rising to falling is longer than a period from falling to rising is supplied to two image sensors 15. Then those two image sensors 15 perform time delay integration of electric charges obtained by a pixel group through photoelectric conversion and transfer of electric charges between pixels so as to generate individual image signals corresponding to the supplied transfer clock. A drive part supplies a first clock as a transfer clock to a first image sensor 15a, and also supplies a second clock whose falling is timed to rising of the first clock as a transfer clock to a second image sensor 15b so as to drive the two image sensors 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
