Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus and an imaging system that expand the dynamic range of an image of an imaging apparatus that performs global electronic shutter.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes unit cells 20 arranged across multiple rows and columns. Each of the unit cells 20 includes a photoelectric conversion unit 1, signal holding units 3 and 13, and an amplification unit 7 including an input node 5, and further includes first transfer units 2 and 12 provided in an electrical path between the photoelectric conversion unit 1 and the signal holding units 3 and 13, and second transfer paths 4 and 14 provided in an electrical path between the signal holding units 3 and 13 and the amplification unit 7, and at least some of the plurality of sets have a capacity changing unit 21 that changes the capacity value of the input node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
