Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control an amount of movement between taking-pictures in a camera taking pictures of a subject from a plurality of directions as a photographer moves the camera, and acquiring three-dimensional information on the subject.SOLUTION: An imaging device, which acquires three-dimensional information on a subject by taking a plurality of pictures as moving, comprises: an imaging unit that photographs an image of the subject; a detection unit that detects distance information on the subject; a calculation unit that calculates depth information on the subject on the basis of the distance information on the subject detected by the detection unit; an acquisition unit that acquires a relation between a moving speed of the imaging device and an interval of the plurality of picture takings on the basis of the distance information and depth information on the subject; a decision unit that decides a photographing condition on the basis of the relation between the moving speed of the imaging device and the interval of the plurality of picture takings acquired by the acquisition unit; and a control unit that causes the imaging unit to take the plurality of pictures under the photographing condition decided by the decision unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
