Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in power consumption in an imaging system even when the communication speed is increased.SOLUTION: A camera body 1 includes communication means 11 and a camera CPU 9. The communication means includes a voltage detection range deflection circuit 41 that changes a voltage applied to a data communication terminal DLC 34 used for communication with an interchangeable lens 2. The camera CPU 9 receives data on the type of an imaging optical system from the interchangeable lens in a communication method of 1 MHz with a voltage of 5 V applied to the data communication terminal DLC, and receives high-capacity aberration correction information from the interchangeable lens in a communication method of 100 MHz with a voltage of 3 V applied to the data communication terminal DLC.
