Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of properly controlling light in the photographing with light emission, while suppressing blurring and noise and preventing halation.SOLUTION: An imaging device which controls light emission of a light emission part for the photographing with the light emission sets an exposure condition on the basis of an image captured before main photographing, and calculates the quantity of the light emission of the light emission part, which is for compensating deficient exposure relative to target exposure when the photographing is performed under the set exposure condition. When the calculated quantity of the light emission exceeds a range of a predetermined threshold for the light emission part, the imaging device limits the quantity of the light emission to the predetermined threshold, and compensates exposure difference with respect to the target exposure, which is caused by the limitation of the quantity of the light emission, by changing the exposure condition.
