Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lens-changeable imaging device to maintain the continuity of exposure change regardless of a lens to be used.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an imaging unit for converting an optical image of a subject into an electric signal; an aperture diaphragm for limiting the amount of light to the imaging unit; a storage unit for storing the response characteristic of the aperture diaphragm; an optical amount designation unit for designating the amount of light of the aperture diaphragm; a response designation unit for designating the response characteristic of the aperture diaphragm; a communication unit for communicating information on the response characteristic of the aperture diaphragm stored in the storage unit, information on the amount of light designated by the optical amount designation unit, and information on the response characteristic designated by the response designation unit; an amplifying unit for electrically amplifying a video signal output by the imaging unit; and a change amount designation unit for designating the response characteristic of the amplifying unit. The response characteristic of the amplifying unit designated by the change amount designation unit is set on the basis of the information on the response characteristic of the aperture diaphragm communicated by the communication unit.
