Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that hardly reduces operability even when a user is away from a screen, and enables a gesture operation.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an image pickup element that photographs a subject; a hand detection part that detects a position of a hand of the subject from a subject image photographed by the image pickup element; an enlargement image generation part that generates an enlargement image enlarging an area including the hand detected by the hand detection part at an enlargement ratio in accordance with a size of the hand from the subject image photographed by the image pickup element; a display part that displays the enlargement image generated by the enlargement image generation part and a plurality of symbols superimposing the enlargement image, and is visually recognizable from the subject; and a function execution part that, in response to proximity of the hand in the enlargement image displayed by the display part to any of the plurality of symbols, executes a function corresponding to the symbol.
