Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that allows a subject to be appropriately shot when performing a high-angle shooting or a low-angle shooting.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an imaging unit 3 that captures a subject image incident on an imaging plane via an optical system including a zoom lens 13 and generates image data; a display unit 101 that displays an image indicated by the image data generated by the imaging unit 3 and includes a display plane capable of changing a relative position with respect to the imaging plane; and a control unit 5 that controls the zoom lens 13. When the relative position of the display plane with respect to the imaging plane changes, the control unit 5 is configured to control an actuation of the zoom lens 13 so that a photograph magnification changes in accordance with the relative position of the display plane with respect to the imaging plane.
