Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that even an administrator cannot control a camera, when events occur continuously.SOLUTION: A camera arbitration section has a first camera arbitration means and a second camera arbitration means. The first camera arbitration means determines the priority of control request of a client, and the second camera arbitration means determines the priority while combining the control request of the client and the camera control request in the imaging apparatus. The camera arbitration section sets the priority of the client control request higher than that of the camera control request in the imaging apparatus, and upon elapsing a certain time from the last control, lowers the priority of the client control request below that of the camera control request in the imaging apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
