Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can highly accurately acquire information on a tissue of a biology.SOLUTION: An imaging device (1) comprises: a sample support part (2) that supports a biological tissue (BT); a detection unit (21) that detects light radiated from the tissue by irradiation of infrared light; a calibration reference part (5) that is used in calibration of the detection unit; and a control unit (7) that moves at least one of the calibration reference part and the sample support unit, and switches an arrangement state where the calibration reference part is arranged in a detection range (AI) of the detection unit and a retreat state where the calibration reference unit is arranged out of the detection range of the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
