Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus that enables easy photographing without complex operation in each photographic mode of the imaging apparatus incorporating a semitransparent mirror movable in the direction of an optical axis, two image pickup devices, and an ND filter.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging lens unit (2); a semi-transparent mirror (3) movable in the direction of an optical axis; first imaging means (4); second imaging means (5); an ND filter (60) that is thrown into an optical path of the imaging lens unit (2) and retracted from the optical path; and photographic-mode alteration means (70). According to a predetermined photographic mode altered by the photographic mode alteration means, the imaging apparatus moves the semitransparent mirror, throws the ND filter into the optical path of the lens unit or retracts it outside the optical path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
