Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of achieving high gradation in low brightness.SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: a plurality of pixels each having a photoelectric conversion part for photoelectrically converting received light, a readout node storing signal charges generated in the photoelectric conversion part and a first readout circuit executing analog-digital conversion for converting a signal based on the signal charges stored in the readout node into a digital signal; a second readout circuit reading out a signal which is based on the signal charges and has a smaller amplitude than resolution of analog-digital conversion with the first readout circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
