Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in which accurate exposure control can be performed when picking up a static image.
SOLUTION: The imaging device can pick up a static image and when a shutter button 110 is depressed, exposure under present exposure control is calculated by a control circuit 107. Based on the calculated result obtained when picking up a moving image, the exposure in the case of picking up a static image is then determined and exposure control is performed in a mechanical shutter control circuit 108 and an imaging device driving circuit 109. Accurate exposure control can be performed when picking up a static image, and a high-quality static image can be picked up.
