Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a photographing operation without an unnecessary operation of the mirror in a second mode of imaging by driving the shutter with the mirror retreated from a photographing optical path, and have a small-sized and lightweight constitution of its driving mechanism, in an imaging apparatus capable of selecting between a first imaging mode of imaging by interlocking a mirror with a shutter and the second imaging mode.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: a shared motor for applying a driving force to a mirror and a shutter; a common driving force input part in a mirror driving system for driving a mirror and in a shutter driving system for driving a shutter; a second driving force input part different from the common driving force input part further in the shutter driving system; and switching means for switching between a state of transmitting the driving force from the shared motor to the common driving force input part in one unbranched driving path and a state of transmitting the driving force from the shared motor to the second driving force input part in one unbranched driving path in accordance with the first imaging mode and the second imaging mode.
