Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of excellently focusing even when receiving attack or the like.SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: an imaging optical system having an imaging lens 1 and a diaphragm 103; an imaging element 2 for converting a subject image into an electric video signal; an attack detection section 6 having either or both of vibration detection section 601 for detecting a vibration due to an impact applied to the imaging device and event detection section 602 for detecting an event applied to the imaging device; and a photographing mode calculation section 7 for detecting a photographing mode on the basis of subject luminance information and performing drive control of the imaging optical system on the basis of an output from the attack detection section 6. The attack detection section 6 determines whether a vibration or an event is caused by an attack when the vibration detection section 601 detects the vibration or when the event detection section 602 detects the event, and the photographing mode calculation section 7 stops down the diaphragm 103 when determining that the detected vibration or the detected event is caused by the attack.
