Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique advantageous for high accuracy, in an imaging device for controlling the state of curvature of an image sensor chip depending on the field curvature of an optical lens.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 including an image sensor chip 110 having a pixel region where a plurality of pixels are arranged, further includes a control unit 120 for controlling the state of curvature of the image sensor chip so that the pixel region is curved, a measurement unit 130 arranged in the peripheral region R2 of the pixel region in the image sensor chip, and measuring the state of curvature of the image sensor chip, and a setting unit for setting the target of the state of curvature of the image sensor chip based on the state of an optical lens used in shooting. The control unit controls the state of curvature based on the comparison results of the measures state of curvature and the target thus set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
