Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a sensitivity difference for each pixel group and further, to reduce the influence of an electric charge generated during a period when imaging is not performed.SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus, a plurality of imaging elements are arranged. The imaging element includes a light-receiving element which generates the electric charge from light received by photoelectric conversion, a floating diffusion which converts the electric charge generated by the light-receiving element into a voltage, a charge transfer switch which transfers the electric charge from the light-receiving element to the floating diffusion, a reset switch which resets the voltage of the floating diffusion, and a source follower which amplifies the voltage of the floating diffusion. The reset switch resets the voltage of the floating diffusion a plurality of times for each predetermined pixel group during one image data acquisition period. The charge transfer switch transfers the electric charge from the light-receiving element to the floating diffusion a plurality of times for each predetermined pixel group during one image data acquisition period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
