Abstract:
To suppress increase of size of an imaging apparatus due to arrangement of a motor driving a shutter.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprising an imaging device 103 comprises: a fixing screw part 112a that is used for attaching to an external part of the imaging apparatus; a shutter 110 having a shutter blade which switches between a light shielded state and an opened state for the imaging device 103; and a motor 405 that drives the shutter 110. The motor 405 is arranged such that an output axis is orthogonal to an imaging optical axis, and at least a portion of the fixing screw part 112a overlaps to an external cylinder of the motor 405 when it is seen from a direction of the imaging optical axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
