To diffuse heat inside a housing.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes a first imaging element, a first heat conductive portion for conducting heat generated in the first imaging element, a first image processing circuit for processing first image data based on an output from the first imaging element and generating more heat than the first imaging element, a second heat conductive portion for conducting heat generated in the first image processing circuit, and a heat diffusion unit, provided between a heat conductive path from the first imaging element to the first heat conductive portion and a heat conductive path from the first image processing circuit to the second heat conductive portion, for diffusing heat by the second heat conductive portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
