Title:
IMAGING ELEMENT AND IMAGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018142965
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance focus detection accuracy without complicating an interpolation process for interpolating an image signal in a focus detection pixel.SOLUTION: An imaging element 12 includes first, second and third pixels that respectively have mutually different first, second and third spectral sensitivities. First a plurality of pixel arrays 60 having a plurality of first pixels juxtaposed with each other in a first direction and a plurality of second pixel arrays 70 having a plurality of second pixels and a plurality of third pixels alternately juxtaposed in the first direction are alternately juxtaposed with each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The first pixel array 60 and the second pixel array 70 are shifted by an almost half pitch in the first direction. In at least a part of the plurality of first pixel arrays 60, a plurality of focus detection pixels are provided that replace at least a part of the first pixels and have the first spectral sensitivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
