The imaging lens 1 includes a first lens L1, second lens L2, third lens L3, stop St, and a fourth lens L4 in that order from an object side. The first lens L1 includes negative power and the image side face of it includes a concave meniscus shape. The second lens L2 includes negative power and at least one face of it is aspheric. The third lens L3 includes positive power and at least one face of it is aspheric. The fourth lens L4 also includes positive power and at least one face of it is aspheric.
