Abstract:
To form an uniform image in a multi-path system recorder by preventing significant variation of image density even if registration is varied delicately due to physical accuracy error thereby suppressing fluctuation of density.
A multilevel image data is distributed through distribution circuits 1005-K1, 1005-K2 to scan a specified region a plurality of times and converted through data conversion circuits 1006-K1, 1006-K2 based on different coefficients. The converted data is fed to gray level lowering (binarization) circuits 1007-K1, 1007-K2 and an image having reduced complementary relationship is formed thus lowering dependency of image density variation on the variation of registration.
