Abstract:
To enhance focusing accuracy to an object having a low light-dark ratio.SOLUTION: An imaging system includes: projection means for projecting a pattern forming a light-dark ratio onto an object; imaging means for imaging the object; and control means for executing first control for projecting the pattern by the projection means to focus the imaging means to the object and second control for stopping projection of the pattern by the projection means to image the object by the imaging means.
