Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system and imaging method that can make a size of a small segment large, and can make a blur of an image in each small segment small.SOLUTION: An imaging system includes: an optical system that forms an image of a subject; imaging means that images an imaging range of the subject for each of a plurality of small segments via the optical system; measurement means that measures a height of the subject in an optical axis direction of the optical system before the subject is imaged by the imaging means; processing means that calculates a residual error based on the height of the subject and an approximate height in a plane having a height distribution of the subject approximated to thereby acquire an imaging condition for each small segment; and adjustment means that adjusts a relative position relation between the small segment and the imaging means on the basis of the imaging condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
