Abstract:
To obtain a projector where the number of optical component parts is reduced and whose dimensional value is regulated.
The invention relates to the imaging system for the projector (2). The system has an illumination source (200) producing an illumination beam (201) composed of several colors and termed a white beam; at least one colored wheel (202) for transforming the white beam focusing on the colored wheel into a colored sequential beam; an integrator guide (204); and an imager (206, 62, 71). According to the invention, the system has: at least one collimator lens (2030, 2031) between the colored wheel and the integrator guide. The invention relates also to a projector implementing such a system.
