Title:
IMFRARED PANEL HEATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6138339
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To cause a ceramic paint film to be difficult to peel, by impregnating metallic fiber with ceramic paint.

CONSTITUTION: A heat generating means 1 is firmly bonded to the back of an aluminum sheet 2, and ends 2a of the metallic sheet 2 are bent to mechanically firmly bond the heating means 1 to the aluminum sheet 2. The surface of the aluminium sheet 2 is degreased and processed by blast to bond an infrared radiating means 4 thereto. The infrared radiating means 4 is bonded to the aluminium sheet 2 before drying through utilization of the bonding power of ceramic paint itself. A one-liquid type alcohol solution of ZrO2SiO2 is coated on the surface of the metallic sheet 2, and the infrared radiating means 4 is bonded to a paint film 3, resulting in further increase in a bonding power. After the paint film 3 is drived, only metallic fiber with a thickness of 0.25mm or 0.31mm is impregnated with ceramic paint, and before the paint is dried, the infrared radiating means 4 is bonded to the paint film 3. Or, before the paint film 3 is dried, ceramic fiber is spun mixedly with the metallic fiber.
