To find a peptide useful as a medicine and/or a prophylaxis for cancer and to provide an application of the peptide as an immunity inducer.

The calmodulin 2 is significantly expressing in high level in human tumor tissue as compared with normal tissue. A peptide fragment in the calmodulin 2 protein is presented by an antigen-presenting cell, which has a potential for activating or proliferating (immunity inducing activity) on the cytotoxic T cell specific to the peptide and the peptide is useful for treatment and/prevention of cancer, and the antigen-presenting cell contacted with the peptide, or T cells contacted with the antigen-presenting cell are useful for the treatment and/or prevention of cancer.
