To provide an immunity measuring device capable of automatically performing highly precise and quick immunity measurement.
The immunity measuring device comprises a pre-treatment device 106 formed of a filtration section 101, a concentrated solution producing section 102, and an ultrasonic crushing section 105, an immunity reaction device 111, a luminescent reaction device 116, a moving device, and a controller. The ultrasonic crushing section 105 has a first recovery vessel 103 and an ultrasonic generating section 104. The immunity measuring device has a member for microorganism recovery for mixing, with liquid, microorganism captured by a filtration film of the filtration section 101. The member for microorganism recovery has a dispersing plate which comes into contact with the filtration film capturing the microorganism and disperses the microorganism, and a disk section having a holder section perpendicularly attached to the dispersing plate. A plurality of hole sections are formed in the dispersing plate. The dispersing plate of the member for microorganism recovery comes into contact with the filtration film through reaction liquid in the first recovery vessel 103, and mixes the microorganism and the reaction liquid.
