Abstract:
To obtain a novel immuno-enhancing agent and a production method therefor.
The immuno-enhancing agent is obtained from a fermented and decomposed product of a raw material containing soybeans, wheat, rice or their by-products. The raw material is fermented by filamentous fungi or enzymes obtained therefrom. The immuno-potentiating agent can be obtained as a polymer fraction by extracting the fermented product with water, a salt solution or a low-concentration alcohol or immersing the fermented product therein. Its immuno-potentiating effect can be utilized for obtaining pharmaceutical agents, food and drink.
