Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an immunoassay of anti-syphilis treponema antigen which has high general purpose since no additive is required like prior art and can detect with high sensitivity with small nonspecific reaction by setting antigen- antibody reaction to pH of a specific range.
CONSTITUTION: An immunoassay comprises the step of measuring the degree of agglutination of insoluble carrier generated by antigen-antibody reaction of insoluble carrier carrying syphilis treponema antigen with anti-syphilis treponema antibody, wherein the pH of the measuring system of the antigen-antibody reaction is set to 4.5-7.0.
