Abstract:
To provide a composition and a method for provoking an immune response enhanced for improved vaccines which are often effective prophylactically or therapeutically on individual vaccination to the infection of pathogens or diseases of human.
A plasmid comprises: (a) a nucleotide sequence in which each coding sequence encoding each subunit of IL-12 is operably linked to another promoter or which encodes IL-12 being a single strand IL-12 operably linked to a regulatory element; and (b) a nucleotide sequence encoding an antigen.
