Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact crushing apparatus for grains which can yield crushed matter of prescribed grain sizes without performing screening in post process steps and exchanging of screen cylinder bodies themselves.
SOLUTION: The impact crushing apparatus has a feeding port 15b which feeds raw materials to be crushed, a rotary disk 7 which is disposed below the feeding port 15b, and is radially disposed with a plurality of wings 8 at its peripheral edge, the screen cylinder body 10 which is installed securely to the outer side of the peripheral edge of the rotary disk, a crushed matter discharging part 13 disposed on the outer side of the screen cylinder body 10 and a driving section which rotationally drives the rotary disk 7, in which the screen surface of the screen cylinder body 10 comprises a plurality of attachable and detachable screen plates 11a and 12a. The screen surface of the screen cylinder body 10 is formed by slidably superposing a plurality of the screen plates 11a and 12a one another. Further, the screen cylinder body 10 is formed by being divided to a plurality in a vertical direction.
